Each individual is dedicated in applying their expertise to the company’s mission to develop, build and market quality residential communities in the New England region. Howard Saffan has over 23 years of managerial experience. Howard started his career as a lawyer in NYC and went onto become the CEO and a partner of Bishop Manufacturing. Howard was responsible for the management for the company’s two manufacturing facilities and distribution center and the company’s financial performance until the company was sold to Atrium Window And Door. After the sale, Howard left the company to create two new companies in Connecticut. The first being a luxury home builder in the Fairfield County area specializing in homes in the price range of $2,000,000.00 and up. The second company developed and manages a premier golf center located in Shelton, CT. Kevin Schumacher has over 24 years of sales and marketing experience. For the last 15 years, Kevin was Vice President of Sales and a partner in Bishop Manufacturing. He was responsible in taking the company from start up and growing it in sales into the second largest manufacturer of vinyl window in the Northeast region. Kevin was responsible to meet the company’s sales and profitability targets, while managing the company sales force in New England and in the New York City Area. After Bishop Manufacturing was acquired by Atrium Door and Window, Kevin assumed the responsibilities of Director of Sales in the Northeast, a position he held for five years. Geoffrey Evancic has over fifteen years of managerial experience in residential and multifamily construction. Geoffrey has overseen the construction of over $175 million dollars of construction in a supervisory role working for such national development and construction companies as Toll Brothers, Inc., JPI Multifamily Construction and Lincoln Property Company. Geoffrey brings to the organization his skills in the efficiencies and management techniques of these national industry leaders in residential and multifamily construction. Each individual has clearly defined responsibilities and brings to the company their individual management strength to insure that the company can deliver to our customers a finish product “Designed for Quality” and develop long term relationships with landowners and real estate professionals in the New England Region.
